Refunds

All payments made for the boxes and services are considered final and non-refundable. To avoid being charged for future boxes, kindly ensure to cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date. For instructions on canceling your subscription, please refer to this link: info@saigonbitesbox.com.

In the event of a dispute raised by your credit card company or PayPal, or if there is a suspicion of fraudulent activity reported by them, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, payment functionality, and any pending box shipments.

Please be aware that if you choose to open a case with PayPal or Stripe, their decision will be final regarding the claim.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
